SYDNEY CHILDREN'S FESTIVAL 2022 - MESSAGE FROM THE CFO PRESIDENT

Dear Children's Festival Friends and Supporters,

It was a great day! With beautiful weather (sunny and 20 degrees), the spectacular onstage performances of 26 groups from various cultural backgrounds, the colourful children's parade and a good number of outdoor activities were the highlights of our 36th Children's Festival in Pyrmont Bay Park, Darling Harbour last Sunday. Obviously, everybody, particularly the young people, had a good time. This reflected on the crowd continuing to enjoy some activities such as kite making and flying, mural and colouring-in form, rope skipping ... even after the festival closed.

Young Greek dancers charm crowd at the Sydney Children's FESTIVAL

Children representing communities from all over the world shattered the gloom of COVID-19 on Sunday at the Sydney Children’s Festival in Darling Harbour.

Children, as young as three, enthusiastically sang, danced, played music, patted farm animals, jumped on rubber castles, had their faces painted, paraded in costume and played games together in Sydney’s Pyrmont Park.
